Cancel And Returns

RETURNS / LEGAL RULES:
1: The client (customer) has the obligation upon delivery of products and/or services to examine the goods within a few days,
to see whether they comply with the agreement.
2: Any complaints regarding a product delivered by Goed koop steweb shops must be immediately addressed by the Client to Goed koop steweb shops,
to be made known.
3: This must be communicated by e-mail or in writing within no more than 2 months after delivery, stating reasons,
before the order is returned.
4: In consultation between the Client and Goed koop steweb shops, delivery of the missing, repair, replacement or return payment can take place.
If this 2 month term is exceeded, the right to complain lapses.
5: After the expiry of the above term, Goed koop steweb shops is deemed to have correctly fulfilled its obligations.
In addition, it is assumed that the Client has received the goods in good order, subject to proof to the contrary by the Client.
6: If the Client (customer) does not wish to purchase a product for whatever reason, the Client has the right to
to be returned to Goed koop steweb shops by post within 14 days of delivery. Provided, in the condition in which it was received.
RETURNS: HOW DOES THIS WORK?
You can return your item, together with the RMA Form (downloadable below), within 14 days.
1: Within 14 days of delivery. (without giving a reason, although this is appreciated)
2: The item is undamaged, unused and complete.
3: Warranty card must not be filled in.
4: Return costs are for the customer.
5: Please pay attention!
Repair parts (e.g. for a mobile phone/tablet/pc/laptop) may be replaced! installation can no longer be returned/has been used after all.
Goed koop steweb shops only accepts returned items when these items are delivered to the address specified by i-Mania.
If possible, in the original packaging and in the condition in which Goed koop steweb shops delivered these items to the Client.

CANCEL

NB! Canceling Out of Stock/On Order items is unfortunately not possible for this reason.

Items are specially ordered for you and cannot be canceled at the supplier.

However, if shipping from us (for whatever reason) is not forthcoming, there is of course the option to cancel after 30 days. We will also provide you with this option in a (possible) 2nd update.

(Except for larger purchases of items and quote-based orders)

NB! When returning, 25% will be charged for Specially ordered items with an amount above 250 euros! These items have been ordered especially for you.

REFUND:
1: After you have notified us that you are returning your purchase, we will refund the full purchase amount to you as soon as possible, within 14 days at the latest.2: If the product is returned to us damaged, we can charge costs for this.3: Have you returned your entire order? Then you will also receive any shipping costs paid for sending the package from I-Mania to you.4: You will receive the return amount on the account of origin, within 14 days after receipt of the return.
DEFECTS & WARRANTY:
If you have received the product defective, you can indicate this by sending an e-mail to  [email protected] . This  must be done in advance! to be presented to the return for an agreement! Warranty on the products is 1 year if used correctly customer. The 1st 6 months the burden of proof lies with Goed koop steweb shops. In the 2nd 6 months, this is with the Client (customer).Excluded: Batteries/Powerbanks and Phone/Ipad/Tablet cables: Warranty is 6 months on these items.
1: Defect/Procedure:
It is a procedure that all items that are returned are tested.
2: Improper use of customer:
If when testing a returned item (defective item according to the customer) it appears that the defect has arisen,
due to incorrect/incorrect use of consumer/customer, no replacement item will be sent.
The same item will then be returned at the expense of the consumer. The customer must first pay the shipping costs.
After 1 month in storage (if no shipping costs and/or response) the article will be destroyed. No rights can be derived from this.
3: Correct use of customer:
If the article is found to be working (outside the term) so not defective, the same procedure above applies.
4: Replacement item:
It is standard procedure that when an item turns out to be defective (if used correctly by the customer), a replacement item will be sent.
Delivery time depends on stock and at the expense of Goed koop steweb shops.
Shipping costs: The possibly. (standard) shipping costs incurred by the customer, for the return,
will also be reimbursed to you/provided in consultation with Goed koop steweb shops.
REPAIR PARTS:

Warranty expires if:

1: If a product has not been tested before installation.

2: If product is defective after installation. (After all, the product worked before installation during testing) (you may be able to recover this from the installer)

3: If the product has not been installed by a professional installer. The cables and connections of cables are very sensitive to breakage and damage.
